Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Sr. Project Manager in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Program Management matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Manages large cross-divisional or company-wide programs or processes.
Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
May lead functional teams or projects. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in matrix/cross-functional environment-work across multiple functions/resources (e.g. HR, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance)
Background in Medicare business preferred but not required
Background in Customer Experience work preferred but not required
Ability to manage multi-faceted initiative that impacts people, process, and technology
Ability to take large scale initiative, break down into meaningful tasks/actions to support desired outcomes
Ability to drive assigned tasks to deliverables
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP Certification preferred
