Jaso Construction is actively seeking a skilled individual with a strong background in the construction and remodeling industry. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working on projects hands-on, independently, and efficiently. Daily communication with Owner, other contractors and homeowners is essential through phone, text, and in-person. We expect a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills when interacting with both contractors and homeowners.

Pay Scale:

$25-$30+ Based on experience w/ opportunity for advancement

Pay Frequency:

Bi-Weekly

Typical start time: 8AM

Typical end time: 4:30PM

Schedule:

8 hour shift (Full time with opportunities for overtime)

Monday to Friday some weekends if necessary

As a General Laborer, you will perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials, as well as assisting with construction, maintenance, and other projects as needed in a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities:

- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment.

- Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate or tile

- Performing Drywall installation

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

- Keeping the work area clean daily

- Adhering to safety rules and regulations

- Ensuring a secure material handling process to maintain a safe working environment and protect homeowners'        property.

Prior Construction and maintenance experience is a plus.

 Requirements:

Include but are not limited to owning a truck and tools, being punctual, organized, and efficient— qualities that are crucial for success in this role. The candidate must be resilient and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges on the job site. Have some experience cutting and using a table saw. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
