Paraprofessional

Our clients are currently seeking a Paraprofessionals in the Seymour, CT and surrounding areas that will provide aide and support to children in various settings.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION
* Work with students who demonstrate behavioral challenges
* Assist teacher in the classroom as needed
* Provide an encouraging and supportive presence to students
* Accurately collects and documents behavior data
* Able to follow a child’s Individualized Education Plan as told by the Client

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* High School Diploma/GED required, Associate Degree, 60 Credits or ParaPro a plus
* Must be comfortable with children who demonstrate behavioral challenges and/or have special needs including autism or medical fragility
* Must be able to pass a Fingerprint background check and DCF background check
