Medical Director for Medical Clinic

We are a new medical clinic. In addition to comprehensive and complete primary care, we offer medical weight loss and mental health services. Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon of weight loss. However, in addition to glp-1s, we set patients up with a registered dietician, an exercise program, and provide comprehensive body composition monitoring via a professional grade scale (clinically validated). For our weight loss services, we only work with patients who are clinically obese. In short, we are striving to be a comprehensive weight-loss service, not just a Wegovy mill. And as we offer complete primary care, we go beyond weight loss to treat the whole patient.

We are seeking a compassionate medical director. 

Medical director duties Include:
+ Develop and implement clinical protocols.
+ Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate and coordinate services across different care modalities.
+ Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
+ Foster a culture of continuous education and professional development among staff.

Qualifications:
+ MD or DO degree, with board certification.
+ Unrestricted state medical license in NY.
+ Already have or are willing to get an interstate compact medical license (we will reimburse for the expense for a compact license if you don't already have one).
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
