Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in orchestrating various marketing activities, including email campaigns, event coordination, social media management, and website maintenance. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and assist with projects as needed.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
· Actively participate in the collaboration, development, and execution of events.
· Develop project plans for each show, including scheduling, promotion, equipment needed, literature/samples, and work with the Marketing Director and Sales Director on staffing.
· Plan and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X etc.
· Maintain all company social media accounts with up-to-date campaign information and prepare reports on all social analytics.
· Assist with marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic objectives.
· Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
· Conduct data reporting, secondary research, business analysis, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
· Responsible for website maintenance.
· Conducts search engine optimization (SEO) research.
· Assist with other marketing initiatives and duties as needed.
· Must be proficient shooter with knowledge of the firearms industry. This position will require shooting for photos, videos and demos.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR regulations.
- Able to lift 35 lbs. on occasion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of marketing principles and various methods used to promote, display, and communicate company branding.
- Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, SEO, and website management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website content management systems.
- Ability to monitor and drive online campaigns (Google AdWords, regionally specific SEO, social media etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadline.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must have knowledge of the firearms industry.
- Must be able to travel – including some weekends (20%).
