Sales Manager in Home Improvement

If you have experience and skills in sales and managing in the RESIDENTIAL construction industry, please read on! No experience on sales of Home Improvements or design won't be replied!

What You Will Be Doing:

-Receiving leads daily from head quoter and getting them to a signed contract

-Managing the project you sell

-Providing pre-construction services including detailed estimates and project materials

-Following up with potential customers

-Business development

-Reviewing plans and specifications

Salary and Commissions according to sales revenue

Potential annual income $200K and up!

-Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S

-MUST TO HAVE EXPERIENCE ON SALES IN THE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
