Job Description

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician/ Sr. Product Support Specialist

Work Site: Irving, TX 75038 - Onsite

Duration: 09 Months Contract

Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:

Review service ticket documentation to identify potential reportable events review tickets that were coded incorrectly.
Use the client ticket documentation procedures, follow up with the owner of the ticket to update the ticket documentation to correct any identified issues.

Experience:

2 years of Experience, in working with in-vitro diagnostic instruments and the associated clinical tests, specifically in the areas of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology.
Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a clinical laboratory and reviewing testing results is recommended.

Key Skills:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills to communicate with the ticket owners and others within the Client organization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically related area Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technician, or a closely related field of study.
