The Head of TV & YouTube Content is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, overseeing the development, production, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content for both traditional television and online platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead all organic and paid strategy for those channels, including managing agency partners.
- Build in-house capabilities for creative concepting, strategy, production.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a team of content creators.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify audience trends and content opportunities.
- Manage content budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance content production capabilities and generate additional revenue streams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in media studies, communications, film production, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Six plus years of experience in content creation, production, and management, preferably in television or digital media.
- Deep understanding of audience engagement metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with brand marketing principles and CTV ad buying.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of creative professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.
