Were hiring a Media Buyer/PPC Lead to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, testing, and performance improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube

  • Monitoring performance and making optimizations

  • Testing creatives, audiences, and offers

  • Working with data to improve results

This role is a good fit if:

  • You've run paid ads before (specifically lead gen)

  • You understand performance metrics at a high level

  • You're comfortable testing and iterating

  • You want hands-on experience with real accounts in the home improvement niche

This role is NOT a fit if:

  • You have no paid ads experience

  • You prefer set it and forget it work

  • You're unwilling to learn from data
