Position Overview:
 Next Generation Wealth LLC seeks a Client Case Representative to join their team. This
position offers the opportunity for advancement within the company. It is ideal for
individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving
skills, are highly organized, and are unafraid of leveraging technology to streamline
processes. Your primary role will be managing the client experience from when clients
are ready to implement financial planning agreements and new insurance and investment
accounts. Each client interaction needs to be conducted with professionalism and
attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
 Work closely with the company's founder to relieve her of new account onboarding
responsibilities and report weekly with updates.
 Assist clients with their online access to their eMoney website and online account portals.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient client service experience.
Qualifications:
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficient in Microsoft applications and willingness to learn new software platforms.
 Experience in the financial services field is preferred.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 A series 7 health and life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one, is a plus.
