Job Description

Maintain accurate production records & complete production confirmations/consumptions in SAP daily, including closing production orders
·Assist with the cycle count process, complete cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
·Recording plant metrics and or key performance indicators (KPIs).
·Monitor and maintain min/max levels, reorder points, & safety stock levels for maintenance, safety & operating supplies.
·Purchasing production and maintenance consumables in purchasing software

Qualifications
·High School Diploma or GED
·Computer proficiency
·Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
·Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred) system
·Experience with an MRO Purchasing system (Coupa preferred)
·Strong math, measurement, and reading skills
·Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
·Abilities in prioritization, multi-tasking and problem-solving while maintaining strong attention to detail
