OVERALL ROLE:

Manufacture quality straps and assemblies in the Strap Production Department.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to operate various commercial sewing machines.
Ability to change needles, wind bobbins and thread sewing machines.
Fold material to be specific lengths to be sewn with the use of rulers and length guides.
Make accurate measurements as specified on production sheets when needed.
Maintain accurate counts of pieces manufactured per job.
Complete required production logs with required information such as time spent and quantity produced.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Report all discrepancies to appropriate supervisors.
Ability to lift boxes weighing 30 pounds or less.
