• Position: Business Development Representative

• Hours: Full-Time

• Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

• Start Date: ASAP

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Generate new business through outside sales.
• Increase sales in each territory by making regular personal and telephone contacts on accounts within the territory.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.

• Managing and growing client accounts by:
  • performing site visits
  • troubleshooting challenges
  • maintaining multiple levels of communication and contact with client representatives, and
  • ensuring associate success through engagement and understanding of client needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience at a staffing firm is a plus (not a requirement)
• 3 years of office experience
• Profit and loss proficiency and collections experience a plus.
• Pass a Pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver's license
• Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
• Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
