Janitor/Custodian - Multiple Clients - Colorado Springs, CO
Job Summary: Goodwill Staffing is seeking Janitors/Custodians for multiple clients! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

- Weekends might be needed
Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out cleaning task and special projects
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with all staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a janitor/custodian
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous Janitorial Experience Preferred
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
