Responsibilities:

Cultivate an inviting and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and development for young learners.
Instill a growth mindset in students, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.
Implement our innovative L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
Establish a safe and supportive atmosphere for children to engage in play-based learning activities.
Maintain transparent communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and milestones through various channels.
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, contributing to a vibrant learning community.

Qualifications:

Genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and childcare.
Preferred: One year of professional teaching experience; Required: Six months of professional teaching experience.
Preferred: Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; Required: High school diploma/GED.
