The Position: The Marketing Communications Manager is a vital role responsible for developing and executing communication strategies for strengthening customer loyalty, attracting new customers, and enhancing the MLS brand by leveraging strategic market intelligence and ensuring unified, consistent, and positive messaging. The Marketing Communications Manager will champion MLS corporate communications including management of events, tradeshows, promotions, website, and social media platforms.

Competencies Required

• Develop and execute multi-platform external and internal communication strategies for the company.
• Provide leadership to marketing communication team, including team development, cultural development, and skill enhancement.
• Develop, monitor and report against annual plan and budget, including negotiating vendor contracts for services to execute a marketing strategy.
• Manage broad-based and account-based communication campaigns for customers and end-users.
• Develop and execute the marketing communication calendar.
• Support the execution for promotions and other demand generation programs.
• Establish and maintain process to collect, monitor and communicate key metrics to improve organizational performance for the marketing team.
• Develop white papers, thought leadership curriculum and branding guidelines for all MLS locations.

Education and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Physical Demands

• Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Ability to move product weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting, placing, pushing, and pulling.

• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to join in corporate and customer events.

Work Environment

• Must have the ability to work on site in Wilsonville, OR
