Responsibilities

•Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
•Monitor and engage with our audience on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
•Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•Help analyze social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
•Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to enhance social media presence.
•Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in social media marketing and make recommendations for optimization.
•Provide administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing social media calendars.

Qualifications

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
•Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
•Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
•Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
