Events Coordinator Summer Internship

We are seeking someone with the following: 

• A rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or another related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate with speakers to develop and schedule content sessions.
• Collaborate with the Events and Peer Sharing teams on agenda development and updates.
• Assist in setting up Zoom webinars and prepare post-seminar reports.
• Assist in scheduling speaker content calls.
• Other duties as required

The Location: 

This is a work-from-home position.

• Pay Rate - $17.00/hr
• Flexible Schedule

Internship Duration:

• This internship is 12 weeks with an anticipated start date of June 3rd and an end date of August 24th. These dates are flexible, depending on your school schedule.  
• The available work week is Monday-Thursday with up to 24 hours per week.
