Cool It Heating & Air in Media, PA is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our customers, thoroughly inspect their equipment, and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understands HVAC equipment specifications and codes
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in continued education

Any understanding of the operation of gas furnaces, boilers, central air, and heat pumps is a plus! Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Do you enjoy communicating with office staff and homeowners alike? Can you explain technical information in layman's terms? Are you organized and able to manage your time? WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule is 8-10 hours, five days a week with some emergency weekend work, early and/or late weekday meetings with customers, vendors, and staff personnel as needed.
