Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team at [Company Name]. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements

- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding machines

- Weld metal components using various welding techniques

- Inspect and test welds for quality and accuracy

- Conduct repairs and maintenance on welding equipment as needed

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation
lumbing license
Previous expValid Perience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
