Site Lead - Waterborne Security Boat Training

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for Waterborne Security Boat Training Site Lead at our San Diego, CA location.

Responsibilities

• Maintains communications with the company Program Manager and the government contract oversight official
• May be required to attend meeting with the government on behalf of the company
• Provides administrative management and supervision of the contract personnel
• Assigns duties to subordinate contract personnel
• Ensures contract employees meet and maintain training requirements
• Develops work schedules and manages contract personnel time-off requests
• Develops and submits monthly reporting requirements
• Performs instructor duties in area of expertise

Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this requirement, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Job candidates shall be able to clearly, and properly, speak, read, and write English
• Must have obtain instructor certification from a military instructor accredited course
• Academic credentialing (teacher/professor) will be considered
• Must have no less than 2 years of instruction delivery
• Knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques
• Must have 3 years of documented operational security boat experience from SWCC, USCG, USMC Small Craft, US Navy Coastal Riverine Forces
• Must tactical and leadership experience in Maritime Environments
• Must be able to meet swim qualifications
• Must be able to obtain all required licenses and certifications
