Job Description
Full-Time Customer Service Associate
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated counter help person to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Position is full-time. We are open Mondays-Saturdays.
Compensation:$15 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Waiting on customers when they enter the store.
- Taking orders over the phone and in person.
- Being the point of contact between customers and decorators.
- Making cake boxes during any downtime.
- Keeping the front of the shop clean and organized during your shift.
- Previous work in customer service preferred.
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills.
We are a small bakery in Melrose, MA. With a variety of products for walk-in consumption and with orders placed ahead of time for pickup.
