Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients to assess their plumbing needs, providing expert repairs, estimates, and recommendations while fostering positive and meaningful client relationships.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to accurately identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations by industry standards and local building codes, ensuring the highest quality workmanship and compliance with regulations.
• Prioritize excellence in service delivery, striving to resolve plumbing issues correctly the first time to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs made, parts used, and customer interactions, to facilitate effective communication and documentation within the team.

Job requirements

• Journeyman or Master Plumber certification required
• 3+ years of experiencein the commercial plumbing industry preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
• Excellent understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues
• Ability to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of work performed
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
