Responsibilities:
1.Marketing:

Event Marketing
- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute engaging insurance-related events, such as seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
- Assist in creating event materials, including flyers, banners, and social media content.
- Support event logistics, such as venue selection and attendee registration.
Digital Marketing
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our insurance products and services.
- Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and explore new marketing opportunities.
- Analyze marketing data to gain insights and improve campaign effectiveness.

2. Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
Maintain customer databases and update customer records.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience .

3.Business Development:

Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and markets.
Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new growth opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and positioning strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
