Job Description:
We are hiring an Entry Level Health and Wellness Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in health and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to guide our clients with product knowledge and application.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide one-on-one coaching to clinicians, tailoring strategies and product recommendations to each situation.

·       Conduct comprehensive assessments, which may include medical/health history, lifestyle habits, and current health status, to identify targeted action plans.

·       Provide clients and sales representatives with a summary report for tracking, follow-up support and product services.   

·       Educate clients on health-related topics, including the body's responses to supplements, probiotics, prebiotics and strategies for overcoming compliance issues and setbacks.

·       Collaborate with the scientific team, marketing and sales groups for a thorough and integrated approach to client recommendations.

·       Guide clients in adding nutrigenomic and microbiome tests along with nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other relevant factors to promote overall well-being.

·       Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring confidentiality, compliance and privacy.

Requirements:

•       A relevant certification in health coaching is highly desirable or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., nutrition, exercise science, public health) or equivalent practical experience

•       Proven experience as a Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or similar role, with a track record of helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

•       Strong understanding of holistic health principles and the mind-body connection

•       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•       Using empathetic and compassionate approaches to motivate and inspire clinicians to make positive impacts.

•       Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

•       Proficient computer skills, including the use of different company platforms and virtual communication tools.

•       Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
