Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Heavy Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in the Troutman area!

Hours for this Operator position:

1st shift 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
Some overtime to be expected.

Compensation and Benefits for this Operator position:

Starting pay is $19.00/hr.
Eligibility to be hired on after 520 hours.
This is a long-term temp to hire for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of this Operator position:

Set up and operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production and machine maintenance activities as required.
Training will be carried out to a self-sufficient level at Rewind, Inspection set-up, coating head and resin room.

Requirements for this Operator position:

Ability to handle physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Experience operating various types of industrial machinery.
Previous experience in mixing operations is a plus.
