Blackstone Consulting, Inc a service provider for over 30 years is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite at a Large Tech Company based in Seattle, Wa.

Job Summary

Provide Administrative support to multiple Operations within assigned portfolio. The position has challenges for you to complete including special projects that could include more complex specialties such as accounting, purchasing, work ticket management, event planning, vendor relationships, account reconciliation, maintenance of forms and documentation.

Key Qualifications

  • We are also looking for people with strong attention to detail and well organized. You demonstrate phenomenal time management.
  • You have excellent customer service skills, displayed in your experience in food, hospitality, or other service industries.
  • Communication skills are essential for this role in order to champion a healthy team environment and to interact with guests, leaders, vendors and employees.
  • You should have great computer skills and demonstrate them with communication tools, spreadsheets and presentations. Proficiency with MacOS and Excel/Numbers
  • Are you adaptable to sudden changes in plans and directions? We will love having you on the team!

Description

A day to day life of an Administrative Assistant includes maintaining our vendor ticket system, manage monthly invoices across multiple operations, ordering of supplies for regional manager, time keeping for a large operation and employee. Connect daily with Project Managers / Supervisors and with departments or other group admins on special projects and requests. You will order supplies through approved vendors, handle requests for information and data, process charges to department cost centers and provide weekly project reports to Operations Director.

While you will provide general clerical duties, we all need to understand the jobs of those you support and correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. We also all maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality. We want you to continually grow, too, in knowledge of janitorial operations as well as learning about our customers.

The Administrative Assistant always lives up to company standards for speed, quality, consistency and training with a focus on high level of customer service. You will ensure a collaborative work environment in the way you interact with client representatives, co-workers and other admins. Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • We look for those with two to four years administrative experience, but you can just arrive with your service attitude.
