About you: You are an excellent caregiver who loves assisting families and caring for children aged infant - 5 years old. You will have provided care in family homes, at a daycare, preschool, or similar setting where you found your love for little ones....and it shows in all you do. You have a "tool kit" of games, stories, songs, crafts, and more to meet children at their level and help them be engaged and grow. You are interested in a full-time nanny position (Mon - Fri) where you will provide care at varying homes within 15 miles of your home. You get excited about meeting new people and are energized by being the substitute caregiver who saves the day (or a few days) for a local family. This is a guaranteed position (80 hours every paycheck) and you will still be compensated for the occasional days in which your backup care services aren't needed.

We will provide: We have a great team of co-workers, as well as a management team to support you each day at work. Our job is to help you find your perfect job, and then continue to love what you do.

Guaranteed minimum of 80 hours per 2 week pay cycle; 80+ hours available if desired, with paid overtime at 1.5 rate
A schedule in which you keep your nights and weekends free ---all daytime hours ending by 6:30pm!
Performance bonuses based on family feedback
