Material Handler

One Source Staffing is looking for Material Handlers with warehouse experience to join a growing food manufacturer in Columbus. This is a temp-to-hire position.

Position Summary: Safe, accurate and timely movement of high quality food throughout the facility, servicing internal and external customers.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Wage based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Movement of high quality food to and from production and packaging lines, and to warehouse storage area.
• Accurately pick customer orders utilizing RF scanners.
• Accurately stage orders for loading.
• Load trucks according to shipping schedule.
• Operate assigned material handling equipment (stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach truck, etc).
• Accurately complete all documentation (pick lists, bill of ladings, receiving documents).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual: English/Spanish (Preferred)
