HoverTech International, a world-leading developer and provider of ergonomic assistive devices and patient-handling equipment is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join their team in Allentown, PA.


The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for picking tickets, following SOPs to pick the product, assess which company is best for pick-up and arrange for pick-up. This role is unique in that it involves aspects of shipping and receiving too. 


The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys physical work, has physical stamina and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will think, move, problem solve and take ownership.

Warehouse Material Handler Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating all outbound shipments, including domestic and international
  • Ensuring cost effective freight scheduling
  • Supporting warehouse operations
  • Communicating with internal teams-customer service
  • Coordinating incoming returns
  • Maintaining accurate shipping records in ERP/WMS systems
  • Ensuring all freight bills and documents are correct and submitted promptly

Warehouse Material Handler Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or freight coordination
  • Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and communication skills
  • 1 year forklift experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
