Job description

Warehouse Material Handler
Are you friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, physical environment? Do you have experience with forklifts or material handling? If so, Fleet Farm may have the perfect opportunity for you!
At Fleet Farm, great customer service starts behind the scenes. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you play a key role in ensuring the right merchandise is in the right place at the right time. You'll be responsible for unloading, organizing, and transporting merchandise throughout the warehouse to support smooth operations.
What You'll Do
  • Load and unload merchandise from semi-trailers, flatbeds, and overseas containers
  • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or pallets
  • Operate RF scanners to access the Warehouse Inventory Control system
  • Print and apply shipping labels, stickers, and placards to ensure accurate product identification
  • Safely transport merchandise using forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Wrap products as needed using a wrapping machine to ensure safety and security
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

What You'll Need
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a valid Fleet Farm forklift license and operate equipment safely at all times
  • Comfort working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Basic math and computer skills
