Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit growth for key Foodservice segment customers.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and customer business reviews.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and brokers, ensuring effective negotiations and sales practices.
  • Represent the company at trade events, providing product and market expertise.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including cold calling and prospecting for new clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Foodservice Sales.
  • Established relationships within the Foodservice Segment, including both distributors and operators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with imported food products is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Great Plains and Adobe Suite software.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to establish direct relationships with national accounts and operators.
