One of the Seacoast's busiest seafood spots is currently searching for the right candidate to fill the role of Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor. The Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor will help support the General Manager & Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of our restaurant & seafood market.
Duties include (but are not limited to)----
Serving customers in our seafood fish market
Working in a fast paced kitchen
Working on the line
Customer service
Knowledge of Digital Dining computer system (helpful but we will train)
Expediting food and delivering food to the dining room
Restaurant cleanliness
Employee morale
Employee training
Ability to OPEN/CLOSE the restaurant
Managing staff
Candidates should be flexible with their schedule, team focused, and able to work nights, holidays & weekends.
