Maintenance Supervisor

We're Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor ???

Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for problem-solving? Do you have a hands-on mindset and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Qualifications:

• A B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel, and computerized maintenance management systems (experience with Oracle eAM is desirable).
• Experience working in a union manufacturing facility is a plus.
• Experience in Heavy Manufacturing

What You'll Do:

• Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, using data to prioritize efforts and set focus.
• Lead teams consisting of staff and contractors, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Make informed decisions that contribute to the success of our operations.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have a proven track record of a problem-solving mindset and working with internal customers while building key relationships.
• You are able to work in the US without sponsorship.
