Facilities Maintenance Manager

Saline Lectronics (an Emerald Technologies company) has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join its Saline team! Supporting the production facility by providing a safe environment for employees to perform manufacturing tasks. Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and production equipment.

Responsibilities of the JOB TITLE:

• Supervise and works with maintenance personnel performing preventive maintenance and repairs of all production equipment
• Coordinates the maintenance of facility parking lots, lawns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and janitorial services
• Supports installation of new equipment in all facilities to include shipping, rigging, electrical, air and water requirements
• Responsible for maintaining a consumable inventory to support maintenance of the facility and its equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment for janitorial services
• Knowledgeable in the function and preventive maintenance of all building systems: including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Able to operate common hand tools, power tools, and yard equipment. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organized and detail oriented, able to follow process requirements with a systematic approach.

Qualifications of the JOB TITLE:

• 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
• Facilities Technician must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a maintenance or repair role.
• Must have mature work habits and good communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate production schedules and equipment downtime.
• Organized and detail oriented, able to follow process requirements with a systematic approach.
• Must have valid Michigan driver license and safe driving record.
