Shop Maintenance Clerk

Shop Maintenance ClerkGuy M. Turner Inc is searching for a Shop Maintenance Clerk. The position is in-person and is located at the company's headquarters in Greensboro NC. Answer & Direct Shop Phones Greet & assist everyone entering the shop.

Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail Time Sheets: Proof all time sheets & time cards & send to payroll after approved. Order Supplies and maintain vacation and time off calendar Enter Miles & Hours on all Equipment Monthly Incidents & Accidents: Issue CLD Claim/damages job number and send out to appropriate personnel. Update spreadsheet as issued and update as closed. Issue purchase orders for all incoming requests. Work Orders for all Maintenance on every piece of equipment daily. Update all units & add all information to help future reference. Prepare & Scan All Incoming Invoices, Credits, Packing Slips. Breakdowns - (occasional): If no one is available and driver/operator needs help with breakdown, this person helps as much as possible. If able to find vendor in locator or NTTS book, I write up breakdown and handle appropriately. Write-up info (as called in from drivers from on the road), as needed. Issue EFS Checks Update Unit spreadsheets as needed.
