Customer Service Specialist

Location: Fresno, CA

Compensation: Up to $52,000/year

About the Job: AppleOne is looking for the next TOP-NOTCH Customer Service Specialist for an ag/manufacturing company in the Central Valley. In this role you will be responsible for assisting and directing customers with order discrepancies, shipping errors or questions in a timely and accurate manner. Candidates should possess the ability to build rapport with customers to assess needs and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to secure a satisfactory outcome to any issues and exceed customer expectations. Detail orientation and accuracy is a must for this fast-paced position. Bilingual skills are always a plus.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 years of related work experience in Agriculture/Manufacturing
• Strong customer service skills (Verbal & Written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Ability to assess customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction, and actively seeking ways to help people
• Familiarity with quoting prices to customers and applying purchase order updates

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in a team setting
• Keeping an accuracy of records for all customer interactions and transactions
• Strong knowledge with Salesforce or other CRM software
• Pristine phone etiquette
