With incredible demand across the country, we have an immediate need for an Inside Sales Associate to work out of the Las Vegas HQ. This position has an opportunity to make $100K+ yearly in a short amount of time based on results and grow with the fastest growing technology company.

You will work directly with the Head of Sales, along with a fun and collaborate team to teach you both sales AND real estate investing at the same time.


We are looking for candidates who are excited about changing and challenging conventional thinking to make the Rental experience a much better one for Owners and Residents alike.

Requirements


  • If you are our ideal candidate, you have 2+ years of hands-on Sales or Biz Dev experience working on high growth products plus proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • You bring analytical insight to your work, your team, and the broader company.
  • You have strong communication skills that can connect and build trust with real estate investors all over the world.


** It's a plus if you have real estate experience, but if you don’t have real estate experience but have the passion to learn - you will have the opportunity to learn from the best!


Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for the entire deal life cycle - all the way from understanding the investor need, defining the opportunity, nurturing the right partnerships, driving successful negotiations, closing the deal, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
