DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with the Sanitation Team and performs Daily CIP processes on Bottling Fillers and
clean up of equipment centers for production startups.
• Able to safely set up and operate Monobloc, sanitation skids, hot water, and DI water systems.
• Operate the Innotec and Filler sanitation equipment/programs.
• Tracks sanitation data and water usage for sanitized equipment if applicable in KipTraq.
• Understand and comply with BRC, GMP, CCP, and HACCP processes.
• Follow sanitation SOPs and fill out all required forms accurately and neatly in real time.
• Operate equipment CIP/COP processes on designated equipment centers.
• Validate Master Sanitation Schedule and signoffs.
• Conduct weekly audits and ensure the Master clean-up schedule is completed.
• Ability to train others in the operation of bottling room equipment centers, including set-up
and quality documentation for the production start-up on the following production day.
• Work with the Cellar and Laboratory to confirm tanks and wine specs are confirmed.
• Develop and update sanitation SOPs if needed.
• Know and understand all safety devices on equipment.
• Ability to maintain sanitation equipment, storage areas, and inventories as needed to complete all sanitary tasks.
• Ability to learn how to measure wine and water tanks accurately.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Bottling Supervisors and personnel.
• Learn terminology applicable to each equipment center.
• Communicate and pass down information to Bottling Production Teams.
• Able to work with other operators, or mechanics on troubleshooting machines.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
