We're looking for a full-time Video Editor & Animator to join our Brand Marketing team in the US, reporting to our Associate Creative Director. This role will play a huge part in our continued brand rollout and implementation.

What you'll do:

• Design and create engaging animations and motion graphics for various digital channels including videos, social media, YouTube, and our website
• Execute editing against raw video, film, and photography content
• Collaborate with fellow brand marketing, product marketing, and stakeholders to conceptualize and storyboard animation projects
• Report to and work closely with the Associate Creative Director for brand alignment and collaboration across all touchpoints
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for a variety of audiences
• Manage the full lifecycle of animation and video projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines
• Continuously improve and update animation and graphic techniques to maintain freshness in our visual communications
• Work with external vendors and freelance artists as needed to meet project demands

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience of 3+ years in animation and/or video editing, motion graphics, or a similar field
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation and video editing, including explainer videos, sizzle reels, case studies etc.
• Expertise in animation and editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya (or similar), Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Discerning eye for detail and application of brand concepts

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $84,713 – $190,306 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
