Job Opportunity: General Maintenance Person

Are you skilled in maintenance tasks and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a General Maintenance Person for our apartment building located in beautiful Waikiki! We're offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with the upkeep of building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call duties and occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
