Handle inbound calls to verify eligibility and coordinate transportation utilizing our transportation management system. Provide quality customer service to a diverse customer population. Schedule trips.
Please note: Must be able to work until 6:00pm
Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
Must type 30 WPM plus. Strong data entry skills a must.
- Full time steady employment. Long term temporary
Please note: Must have reliable transportation. Not on a bus line.
