Responsibilities
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
  • Use your savvy skills to shop for renewals and assist clients with policy changes.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in issuing insurance documentation and maintaining client retention.

Requirements
  • An Active Property & Casualty License is Required. Licensing assistance is available.
  • 3+ Years of Account Management Experience is Preferred.
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
