As a vital member of our Financial Services Office, the MDS Director will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing the assessment, care planning, and care delivery processes. Responsibilities

  • MDS Director: Oversee the entire MDS process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and accrediting agency standards.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, care plans, and care delivery.

  • MDS Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, identifying opportunities for improvement in care delivery.
