Responsibilities

  • MDS Director: Oversee the entire MDS process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and accrediting agency standards.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, care plans, and care delivery.
