**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a swim coach, preferably in a summer league setting.

- Certification in First Aid, Life Guarding and CPR is mandatory.

- Demonstrated passion for swimming and a commitment to promoting a healthy, positive team culture.

**Skills:**

- Strong communication and motivational skills.

- Ability to create effective and engaging swim practice sessions.

- Team-oriented approach with the ability to connect with swimmers of all skill levels.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and conduct swim practices tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

- Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance swimmers' technique and performance.

- Foster a positive team atmosphere and sportsmanship.

- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure cohesive training plans.
