Our client company, a very successful, well-known, and rapidly-growing distributor of outdoors specialty construction products, is looking to hire an Outside Sales Rep for its DC and mid-Maryland territory including Baltimore. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for traveling this assigned territory and creating new accounts and contracts, as well as maintaining existing accounts and relationships. Main Responsibilities include:
- Creating new accounts and contracts;
- Maintaining existing accounts;
- Working with the internal team to help coordinate deliveries and installations;
- Using the company's CRM to keep track of targets and numbers;
- Expanding the territory in terms of growth;
To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:
- A 4 year degree or equivalent work experience;
- Experience with SalesForce or another type of CRM;
- 3+ years of experience in outdoors B2B sales;
Our client company is offering a very competitive compensation package which is totally uncapped plus a generous monthly car allowance and expense package and a full suite of benefits. Total comp for Year 1 is around 130 to 150K at target, and Year 2 comp can easily approach the 200K mark and beyond.
