We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, and handle confidential information with professionalism, and wield expert Excel skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing meeting minutes
- Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks and DocuSign for financial and administrative tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and DocuSign
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or office management is a plus
