As a Supplier Partner Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Actively engage with suppliers and supply chains.
- Possess the ability to accurately assess supplier weaknesses and offer appropriate solutions.
- Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to proactively prevent potential crises.
- Drive and enhance supplier problem-solving techniques to address identified supplier faults effectively.
- Enhance and optimize supplier production systems and processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Promote supplier operational excellence within the organization.
- Establish clear priorities and goals to achieve objectives.
- Adhere to established processes, the Code of Conduct, and the company's defined practices.
- Act as a representative of the company at supplier sites and escalate issues when necessary to avert crises.
Education/Experience:- A university degree is a prerequisite, with a preference for a major in engineering, business management, or supply chain management.
- Relevant experience in supply chain (quality and development) and/or production. Preferably, past experience in the automotive or heavy commercial truck industry, specifically in supplier quality and capacity, manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or crisis management.

- Strong accountability and adeptness in managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- THOROUGH knowledge of PPAP and APQP.

Salary Range:$75,000 - $85,000The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
