We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to contribute to our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Crafting bespoke wills, trusts, and estate planning documents tailored to meet clients' unique needs and aspirations.
- Providing expert guidance on sophisticated estate planning strategies, including tax optimization, asset preservation, and charitable giving.
- Assisting clients with trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate settlements.
- Offering legal counsel on elder law matters, such as Medicaid planning and long-term care arrangements.
- Collaborating closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California law license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and with precision.
