Job Description

Daily Supervision of 5-6 seasoned Environment Technicians:

Ensures that Environment Technician personnel have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform cleaning services as needed. Complete Request forms for replenishment of supplies, storing supplies and equipment in a secure area. Inspect cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality. Advise the Building Manager of the building(s) repairs and conduct/participate in walkthroughs of the buildings with emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Ensure that records and reports regarding the Environment Technicians personnel are accurate including timesheets, request for time-off and monitoring employee's absences.

Perform daily cleaning duties as needed in support of the company's contract. Provide input into ways to improve cleaning process(es.)
